Is it actually Unlimited?
Yes!
All our plans offer unlimited HubSpot tasks and the main difference between the tiers is how many tasks our team will work on at the same time.
How does it work?
You will have access to your own portal and your subscription tier determines the number of active tasks we will work on at the same time. A task is deemed active until the requestor signs it off as complete.
If your team is at the limit for active tasks then any additional requests will be added to a queue. Once an active task is signed off then the next task in the queue will become active and will be worked on.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes you can! When you get started you will have access to your own account portal where you can adjust your plan at any time.
Can I submit more tasks than I have available?
Of course, you can submit as many tasks as you want. All tasks are added to a queue and as soon as one task is signed off as complete then the next task in your queue will be worked on.

How do I submit a task?
When you start your subscription you will be sent access to your own portal and all your team can register for access as well. You and your team just need to submit a short form providing the information and that's it, we'll get to work and make it happen!
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
You can cancel at any time via your billing portal, your subscription will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
You can also easily resubscribe if you cancel but change your mind before the end of your current billing cycle.
How does the Unlimited Graphic Design add-on work?
You can submit as many graphic design requests as you like and we will work through them one-by-one. Typically you can expect a 1 business day turnaround for simple requests and we can provide an estimate for any requests that are particularly complex.
